Disqualification of Guthi Director
The following person shall not be eligible to be a Guthi Director :–
(a) Being incompetent to contract,
(b) embezzled the property in his charge,
(c) Convicted by a court of law for an offense of corruption,
(d) having been convicted of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude,
(e) He is the sole beneficiary of the property in which Guthi is operated.
